No, the product is delivered not assembled. You have to install it by youself.

IF SOME OF THE GLASS PIECES ARE BROKEN WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE BLOWN GLASS CHANDELIER, WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?

Don't worry. We are aware that breakage can occur during shipping, so we always include an extra 10% of glass pieces in your parcel to account for this possibility. If you discover that too many pieces are broken and you don't have enough glass to fully install the chandelier, please contact us. We'll be happy to send you new pieces at no cost.
