Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at beypanstore@gmail.com. Please note that If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective and Incorrect
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will pay the shipping fee by providing you the prepaid shipping label for you to ship the item back and you get full refund(no restocking fee).

For customer remorse
This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, swapping due to personal preference or they no longer want the item, It is customers' responsibility to ship the item back(customer pay the shipping fee) ,then you get full refund(no restocking fee).

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged and you wish to exchange it, please email us at  beypanstore@gmail.com first. In this case, we will send you a replacement and cover the shipping costs.

If you want to exchange your item for a different one due to a change of mind, please email us at beypanstore@gmail.com first. In this situation, you will need to apply for a return and refund, then place a new order.

Refunds

Your return application will be processed within 3 working days. After your return approval, you are required to pack the items carefully in order to keep the item(s) in the original condition when we receive the items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not in 3 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
