Shipping Information
BeyPan ships worldwide. We cooperate mainly with FedEx and UPS by door to door. These trustworthy carriers guarantee that your order reaches you safely and securely. 

Handling time: 1-2 working days
Delivery Time: 5-10 working days

Custom
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Beypan is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and you pay that.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provided.

Customized Order Processing Time
If your order is subjected to be customized, we need extra days to produce before it ready to be shipped. Specific days vary according to how the product to be customised. So the lead time for customised products is usually 15 working days. 

Packaging
We use professional packing carton outside to protect all of our products. Also we will put spare parts in case anything is broken.

Track your order
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email about the tracking information.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to show.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at beypanstore@gmail.com. Please note that If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective and Incorrect
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will pay the shipping fee by providing you the prepaid shipping label for you to ship the item back and you get full refund(no restocking fee).

For customer remorse
This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, swapping due to personal preference or they no longer want the item, It is customers' responsibility to ship the item back(customer pay the shipping fee) ,then you get full refund(no restocking fee).

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged and you wish to exchange it, please email us at  beypanstore@gmail.com first. In this case, we will send you a replacement and cover the shipping costs.

If you want to exchange your item for a different one due to a change of mind, please email us at beypanstore@gmail.com first. In this situation, you will need to apply for a return and refund, then place a new order.

Refunds

Your return application will be processed within 3 working days. After your return approval, you are required to pack the items carefully in order to keep the item(s) in the original condition when we receive the items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not in 3 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
