A: No. You will need to install the chandelier yourself upon arrival. A step-by-step installation instruction PDF will be provided.
Q: Will my installed chandelier look exactly like the product photos?
A: Every installation can result in a slightly different shape based on personal preference. If you want to achieve the exact effect shown in the photos, you must closely follow the provided process installation instructions.
Q: Are all the background scenes in the product photos real?
A: The chandelier itself is real, but some background images are AI-generated to help customers visualize how the fixture looks in different decorative settings.
Q: Can I customize the colors and design of the chandelier?
A: Yes. You can choose from various glass shade shapes and a wide range of canopy/chain colors (white, chrome, sand nickel, black, gold, rose gold, antique bronze, etc.). You can also contact the seller directly for custom design ideas and complex color combinations.
Q: How do I know what the custom chandelier looks like before it ships?
A: For custom designs, a trial installation will be conducted prior to shipping, and the seller will send you photos and videos of the setup for confirmation.
Q: Can the chain length be customized?
A: Yes, the standard chain length is 60cm, but it can be adjusted according to your specific request.
Q: Is there any specific information required at checkout?
A: Yes. Once you place an order, you must leave your phone number, as it is strictly required for shipping.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: This is a "ready to ship" chandelier, but because it is a unique piece of art, the seller notes that it is "worth waiting for" (implying the crafting or preparation process takes time).
Q: Will this light fixture work in my country?
A: Yes. It supports a wide voltage range of 85V–265V, making it suitable for all countries.
Q: What light sources and materials are used?
A: It uses G9 light sources (supporting white, warm, and neutral light). The glass shades are made of colored glaze (Murano glass), which never fades.
